We understand that the nature of inflatable items means that there may eventually be punctures to the equipment hired. If it is deemed that the puncture was not made on purpose then we shall not charge you for damages. However if the terms and conditions weren’t followed and this led to either punctures or even projector damage then the charges shall be applied. Our conditions are below:

•    No forceful damage such as jumping on inflatables
•    Must leave the projector screen where it is set up
•    Ensure no sharp objects are used/left around the inflatables
•    Keep projector on a table/stand which can be protected from rainfall and any other kind of water damage
•    Ensure cables are tucked away so that nobody trips over them
•    Keep all equipment away from younger children who may not understand the nature of electronic equipment and inflatable objects
 

Inflatables can be used out in the rain but not in high winds, if high winds or wind speeds over 20mph are forecasted then we would arrange an alternative date with you to book.

You can check this on BBC weather or met office, please check wind speeds!
Please note we can not refund if we need to cancel for this reason. We have no control over the weather but you can rebook a different date. Please be aware of this at the time of booking. In case it rains on the day of the event you an get a full refund as our equipment can't be used under the rain as it is highly likely to get damaged.

A non refundable deposit (provided good weather conditions) is required 24hrs before your booking via bank transfer.
Please note if you decide to cancel (for reasons apart from rainfall) we can not refund deposits. The remaining balance must be paid on delivery by cash.

If any damage is made to our equipment while in your care you will charged for this.

Go Outdoor Cinema has the right to charge based upon the terms and conditions at anytime.
